What's Inside

One plugin takes products through the entire chain: supplier → import → customer price → cart → preorder or sale → XML price feed. Only WooCommerce is required; the necessary supplier, pricing, and preorder modules are already included and activated with one key.

New features in 2.1

Compatible migration of legacy suppliers, first-role rules, and individual discounts while preserving IDs. Legacy pre-orders, including variations, retain their special checkout. The wizard provides a preview and supports rolling back migrated settings.

Catalog/Product, Google XML, YML, and common pricing formats. A dictionary of global WooCommerce attributes with terms for filters, category mapping, and galleries. XLSX supports row colors, embedded photos, and optional extraction of lighting specifications from the name; a separate mode updates photos only.

Hourly, daily, or weekly scheduling, background continuation, WP-CLI, and the last 50 reports. Missing SKUs are retained by default; after a successful full catalog run, you can explicitly mark them out of stock or move them to drafts. Products and media files are not deleted.

How Pricing Works

The supplier markup is applied once during import. The public price list uses the retail price or current sale price and tax based on the store address. The personal price list applies supplier and profile/role discounts. Coupons, shipping, and restrictions on a future order are calculated in the cart. For example, a price of 100 with a 10% supplier discount and a 15% role discount becomes 76,50; with a valid 20% coupon, it becomes 72, since the coupon replaces the role discount.

Package contents and requirements

One installable ZIP with GPL-2.0-or-later source code, buyer instructions, and documentation on import formats, activation/transfer, and integration. An individual key is added to the private archive for each order. Tested environment: WordPress 7.1, WooCommerce 11.1.0, PHP 8.2.30 with DOM/XMLWriter/mbstring/ZipArchive on OpenServer.

Product limitations

Simple product import: up to 10 MiB, 5000 rows, and 100 columns. XLSX: first worksheet, configurable rows and columns, selection by solid fill color, and photos linked to rows; formulas and macros are not executed. Galleries support up to 10 photos, embedded images up to 2 MiB, and HTTPS images up to 5 MiB. Unknown stock levels are not turned into fabricated availability. Canceling does not roll back products already saved; a backup is required.

Preorders require classic checkout; the Checkout Block/Store API is not supported for them. The personal price list is limited to 5000 published entries, does not include coupons and can be downloaded after signing in; it is not a publicly accessible marketplace link. Stock shared by variations at parent-product level is not duplicated in the feed.

YML requires correct photos, brands, categories, and specifications, as well as validation using the marketplace’s validator. Connecting the marketplace account, product approval, order exchange, multiple currencies, referral commissions/payouts, and partners creating their own coupons are not included. Third-party dynamic pricing/add-ons require a separate compatibility check.

Supplier imports support WP-Cron scheduling and WP-CLI continuation; precise timing requires system cron. There is no automatic plugin updater. The public file is updated by running the operation again or through your WP-CLI cron. Without a license, new operations are blocked and the previous public price list remains available — monitor its freshness.
