From a page view to a confirmed inquiry

WA Private Analytics helps you understand which pages people visit, where they start filling in a form, and how many inquiries your system actually saved. The report opens in WordPress. Managers do not need administrator access to view it.

Control over your data

Events remain in your WordPress database. The plugin does not collect full names, phone numbers, email addresses, form content, URLs, page titles, referrers, or medical data. It stores only allowed event codes, the page ID, time, and a short-lived session hash. There is no third-party analytics SDK.

Collection is disabled by default and, once enabled, waits for consent through your banner. DNT/GPC are supported. The default retention period is 90 days, with a range of 7–400. WordPress cron must be running for timely cleanup. This is technical data minimization, not legal certification of the website.

Integration for Your Website

Install the ZIP, activate the key, and select public pages and events. Buttons and forms can be tagged with HTML attributes or connected through JavaScript. For confirmed inquiries, a developer adds a PHP call after a successful save in your form, CRM, or booking system. A click or a “success” message in the browser alone does not increase the confirmed inquiry count.

The package includes a Ukrainian-language guide, activation and transfer instructions, an architecture description, and integration examples. The plugin works independently of the theme, WooCommerce, and Integramed.

Requirements and clearly stated limitations

One WordPress 6.5+ site, PHP 8.2+, MySQL/MariaDB with InnoDB. Tested setup: WordPress 7.1, PHP 8.2, MySQL 8.0. Multisite, advertising attribution, UTM, geolocation and automatic form/ClinicaWeb adapters are not included in version 1.0. Report times are UTC.

Channels refer to the confirmation system (website, CRM, phone), not the advertising source. Browser events can be blocked or simulated; the report does not replace an order ledger. A consent banner and server integration need to be configured. Connecting a specific website is not included in the license price.

License and updates

2 800 UAH — one-time purchase. One active installation, transferable after deactivation. A personal key is included in the private order archive. Manual ZIP updates preserve settings and events.

License activation and verification send Web Alchemy only license and installation information. Visitor events are not transmitted. If license verification is unavailable after 12 hours of caching, new collection is paused; historical reports remain accessible.
