My First Aid Kit
Web Alchemy's own product for organizing a home medicine cabinet: medicines and quantities, expiry dates, storage locations and a recorded dosage schedule. A Flutter mobile app and a dedicated product website.
About the App
An organized medicine cabinet. Peace of mind.
“My First Aid Kit” — Web Alchemy’s own product for people who want to see which medicines they have at home, where they are stored, and when they expire. We developed a Flutter mobile app for Android and iOS and a separate website where you can explore its features.
The idea is simple: clear home records instead of scattered boxes, notes, and reminders. The app helps organize information, while users set their own schedules according to the prescriptions they have received.

Know what you have at home
The first aid kit is built around package records with remaining quantities, categories, tags, and expiration dates. You can browse the catalog as cards or a table, search for a medication, sort and edit records, and move them to the archive with the option to restore them.
Expired packages and those expiring in less than a month have separate labels. Basic tracking is available under the Free: you can start by organizing your supplies and add extra tools later.
The schedule and stock levels are connected
In Pro storage locations and inventory checks are provided, from a drawer to a specific shelf. Actual stock can be checked against records to help find the right package faster.
For a recorded course, the user specifies the person, quantity, period, and time. The daily table shows scheduled doses. Marking a dose as taken deducts the corresponding stock; skipping it does not deduct medication, and undoing the mark restores the quantity. This tracks actions entered by the user.
Reminders and Reference Information with Sources
Local reminders help you return to your recorded schedule. Pro includes medication information search with source links and an optional Telegram report for expired packages and approaching expiration dates.
External services require an internet connection and appropriate settings. Background notification delivery depends on the phone's permissions and restrictions. Reference information is not automatically turned into a treatment course: the app does not select treatment or replace a doctor's prescription.
“Garden of Care”: 100 Levels of Small Steps
A dedicated section turns careful record-keeping into a visual story of progress. From Dew Sprout to Garden Legend: 100 named levels, points for inventory checks, and check-offs in the recorded schedule. The system rewards organization; there is no need to increase the number of medicines or the dosage to earn points.
A Pro gift system is planned for certain tiers. Offer availability and exact terms will be determined after launch and store setup.
Your records stay on your device
The medicine inventory, treatment courses, and dose history are stored locally. Core record-keeping works offline, and advertising analytics are not used. Connecting a license does not transfer the medical database between devices.
Online reference help processes medication queries, while an optional Telegram report sends the names and expiration dates of the relevant packages. These integrations are separate from local tracking.
Comfortable in your own language
Ukrainian is the default language. English, Polish, Spanish, Italian, French, Simplified Chinese, and Japanese are also available. Language selection is available in Free too; built-in translations work offline.

App Development: 0.5.10
Added custom category and tag management, plus GS1 Data Matrix, QR, EAN and UPC scanning to populate package data with user confirmation. Reminders and integrations have been improved.
Android 0.5.10 is available to internal testing participants. The public Google Play and App Store release is still being prepared; launch news is on the product website. Camera scanning on a physical device still requires separate testing. This listing presents the app; a commercial archive is not sold here.
