WA AI Lighting Consultant — a standalone Ukrainian plugin for a lighting store on WordPress and WooCommerce. Shoppers describe their room, style and budget, find a light fixture by name or SKU, paste a product link or add a photo. The consultant responds and displays cards for products available in the store.

In “In my interior” mode, the plugin combines a room photo and a light fixture photo into an approximate AI visualization. An interior photo without a selected fixture can be used for advice and product selection. The widget works on desktop and smartphone.

What the product can do

• Product search by name, SKU or local link; automatic selection on the product page.
• Recommendations from the actual catalog: photos, current prices, availability, and links. Hidden, unpublished, and password-protected products are excluded.
• Clarification of budget, category, and availability. The model cannot add arbitrary products outside the retrieved selection to the cards.
• Upload photos of a light fixture and interior, preview them and generate a JPEG image.
• Selecting a recommended product for visualization without a separate paid request.
• Restore a recent conversation and download the result within 24 hours.
• A WooCommerce Action Scheduler background queue, protection against duplicate jobs and concurrent quota deductions.
• Settings for models, the representative’s contact link, your own OpenAI key, and daily limits.

Your own key, cost control, and privacy

The administrator adds or changes the API key in WordPress settings. The key is stored encrypted and never reaches the browser. It can also be set through server configuration. OpenAI API costs are paid separately by the store owner and is not included in the plugin price.

Visitors give consent before messages and photos are sent to OpenAI. Input photos are removed from the job after processing; results are available to the conversation owner for 24 hours, and scheduled cleanup deletes old records. Administrators can clear conversations manually. A working cron is required for scheduled cleanup.

There is a total allowance of 100 requests per user; guests also share a limit of 100 requests per IP. Site-wide daily limits and visualization limits are configured separately. These limit the number of requests, not a guaranteed monetary OpenAI budget.

What You Get

A personal archive with an installation ZIP, source code, an individual license key and Ukrainian instructions for installation, use, updates, transfer and removal. One purchase — one active installation, transferable after deactivation. The code is licensed under GPL-2.0-or-later; the Web Alchemy license controls product activation and personalized delivery.

The plugin does not require the original store’s theme. The name, logo, and contact details come from your WordPress site and custom settings. Documented PHP filters are available for custom supplier and preorder statuses; ready-made integrations with every third-party system are not included in the package.

Requirements and tested configuration

WordPress 6.5+, PHP 8.2+, active WooCommerce, MySQL/MariaDB with InnoDB, OpenSSL, mbstring and GD or Imagick. HTTPS, outbound connections to OpenAI and the license server, a working background task queue and access to the selected models are required. 256 MB of PHP memory and the ability to run a background request for up to 300 seconds are recommended.

Actual acceptance testing: WordPress 7.1, WooCommerce 11.1.0, PHP 8.2.30, MySQL 8.0, the default Twenty Twenty-Five theme, and Chrome on Windows. Testing passed for a clean installation of the customer ZIP, 83 consecutive functional checks, the interface, concurrent queue processing, personalized delivery, and licensing. Real consultation and generation were tested through OpenAI using a synthetic catalog and images.

Important before buying

AI can make mistakes. The visualization is a concept and does not guarantee accurate dimensions, geometry, or lighting; it is not a substitute for design work or advice from an installer. Recommendations do not reserve stock or place orders. High-quality local product photos are required; external supplier photos, Multisite, offline mode, and other AI providers are not supported. Compatibility with every theme, older WooCommerce versions, or large catalog databases has not been individually tested.
