A standalone WordPress plugin for product selection and quote preparation, with the original WA Specification theme. For companies selling configurable equipment, furniture, engineering modules, or service packages that want to turn a structured catalog into a managed selection process.

From parameters to a proposal

Visitors select specifications, find matching models, compare up to three items, and add options and quantities. Calculations run on the server: base price, extras, customer-role discount, VAT, and total. They can then download a PDF or submit an inquiry. If the catalog has changed, an outdated selection will not silently become a different quote.

Custom catalog structure

• Independent catalogs with their own currency and tax rate.
• A visual editor for numeric fields, lists, names, units, and comparison rules.
• Up to 16 fields, 20 add-ons and 5000 models within 2 MiB of data per catalog.
• CSV import and export, advanced JSON editing, search, and sorting by price.
• Hidden models are excluded from search, calculations, and PDFs: an availability value of 0 excludes the row, while 1 or an empty value allows it.

Theme and plugin separately

WA Specification is a new lightweight B2B catalog design without a third-party commercial theme. The owner can configure the logo, menu, company name, contact details, accent color, and content width. The plugin can also be embedded in an existing WordPress theme via a shortcode. WooCommerce, Elementor, and Google Apps Script are not required for the basic use case.

PDFs and private inquiries

The PDF is generated directly on your server: company details, the selected model, specifications and a price breakdown. The working Google Sheet is not used, and documents are not placed in a publicly accessible uploads folder. Requests are stored for administrator access only, together with consent to data processing and a snapshot of the calculation; WordPress's built-in personal data export and erasure tools are supported.

Version 1.0 requirements and limitations

WordPress 6.6+, PHP 8.2+ with DOM and mbstring, HTTPS. The interface and fixed PDF headings are in English; custom names and catalog text support Unicode. This tool selects products using predefined specifications; it is not a general-purpose physics calculator, CAD system, or free-form formula builder. Automatic Google Sheets synchronization, custom drawings, a payment gateway, automatic email sending, and automatic updates are not included. Data can be transferred via CSV. The license server is required for activation and periodic verification.

One purchase provides one active installation of the commercial service. The source code is GPL-2.0-or-later; GPL rights are not revoked. NBU exchange rate used to fix the price.
