Partner promo codes with transparent accounting

WA Referral Promocodes adds a single-tier partner program to WooCommerce. Partners create promo codes in their account area, buyers receive discounts, and the store tracks rewards and requests for manual payouts. The plugin works with your theme and does not require client-specific modules from the original project.

How the percentage is split

The administrator sets the partner's budget. For example, with a 15% budget and a 5% coupon, the reward is 10%. On an eligible product base of 1 000 UAH, this means a 50 UAH discount for the buyer and 100 UAH commission for the partner. Shipping and taxes are excluded from the reward base. If the coupon applies to only some products, the actual coupon discount is used.

Partner features

• Generate codes automatically or create custom ones, name campaigns, and set discounts within the allowed budget.
• Renaming your own coupons and moving them to Trash.
• Accrued amount, funds reserved for requests, recorded payouts, and available balance, separately by currency.
• The latest 50 accruals and 50 requests; analytics for up to 100 of your own orders that are in progress or completed.
• A personal discount in the cart without coupons. A valid coupon replaces it, preventing a double discount.
• A payout request with the amount and instructions for the manager.

Controls for the store

The administrator defines eligible roles, the budget, the initial coupon discount, and a code limit from 1 to 100; individual users can have a custom budget. By default, the special Referral Partner role has only basic access, a 15% budget, a 5% coupon, and a limit of 10 codes. The plugin does not create ready-made accounts.

Commission becomes available for processing/completed. Reprocessing the status does not duplicate it. Terms are recorded in the order, so renaming the promo code later does not rewrite the rate. A partner’s purchase using their own code does not earn a reward.

Refunds and Payouts

A partial product refund reduces the corresponding commission; refunding shipping alone preserves the product reward. A full refund reduces it to zero. If the payout has already been marked as completed, the balance may become negative and be covered by subsequent accruals.

A pending request immediately reserves the funds: even concurrent requests cannot spend the same balance twice. A manager manually rejects the request or records a transfer already completed separately. The decision-maker, time, and note are saved. The plugin does not transfer money through a bank or payment service.

Installation and compatibility

Requires WordPress 6.5+, WooCommerce, PHP 7.4+, and MySQL/MariaDB with GET_LOCK; PHP 8.2+ and HTTPS are recommended. Install the inner plugin ZIP, activate the key, assign the My Account page, and assign the role to a verified partner. Use classic WooCommerce shortcodes for the cart and checkout. HPOS is supported.

Compatibility tested with WA Product Feeds — Commerce Suite 2.1.0: Suite manages supplier pricing and personalized pricing, the promo code correctly replaces the role discount, and the commission uses the actual calculation base. Commerce Suite is sold separately and is not a required dependency.

What is included and what the limitations are

A standalone plugin, source code, GPL notices, installation and accounting instructions, and license and integration documentation. A one-time purchase for one active installation, transferable after deactivation. The unique key is in the private order archive; updates are installed via ZIP.

This version does not include a multilevel network, referral cookies, automatic bank payouts, Telegram, blogger/installer registration or migration of old balances. The old WA Referral Promo Analytics must be disabled. Block checkout, subscriptions, other dynamic pricing modules and currency conversion require separate integration.
