CRM, orders and inventory in one workspace

WA Store CRM combines a customer database with the day-to-day work of a small store or workshop. Managers see contacts and tasks, create orders and purchases, and track materials, costs, and warehouse stock. All you need to get started is WordPress and one plugin.

From first contact to a completed order

• Customer record: contact details, company, city, source, and assignee.
• Tasks with deadlines, priorities, and completion status; notes on calls, meetings, and correspondence.
• Manual orders with products and materials, agreed prices, shipping, statuses, and payment tracking.
• Completing an order deducts materials according to the product's bill of materials and records their cost.

Purchasing and inventory management

Plan purchases and record prepayments and quantities actually received. Post receipts, stocktakes, defects, write-offs, and transfers between warehouses. Saving a posted document again does not repeat its stock operation. If materials are insufficient, the stock deduction for the entire order is canceled.

Standalone product

A Ukrainian interface, a separate manager role, private CRM records, three guides, and a license for one active installation with transfer support. Core features do not require WooCommerce or a special theme. Your customers and stock levels are stored in your WordPress database.

What to consider

This is an operational CRM for manual record-keeping. A purchase receipt is posted once; the remaining delivery is recorded in a separate document. Completing an order deducts materials, while finished products are deducted through a separate stock movement. The personal discount in the customer record is for reference: final prices are set in the order. Order reports are limited to the latest 200 records.

Nova Poshta directories can be enabled with your own API key. The optional Morkva bridge requires separate WooCommerce and morkva UA Shipping installations; these extensions are not included. The package does not include public checkout, automatic bank payments, fiscal receipt processing, telephony, or a sales pipeline.

Who a WordPress CRM Plugin Is For

WA Store CRM suits a small store or workshop where a manager creates orders, records payments, and tracks materials manually. It is a ready-made plugin for working inside WordPress, not a service for implementing an external CRM.

• Need manual customer and order records? The package includes customer records, tasks, notes, purchasing and warehouse documents.
• Need automatic synchronization with WooCommerce? The core CRM does not provide it. The optional Morkva bridge handles shipping, not the transfer of all store orders and stock.
• Need website inquiries, a bot, or data exchange with an existing CRM? This is a separate task. For that scenario, see custom CRM integration and automation.

How to get started after purchase

1. Prepare a test installation. Create a backup and check for WordPress 6.5+, PHP 7.4+, and InnoDB with named lock support. These are the product’s minimum requirements; the hosting provider must separately confirm a supported PHP version. Upload the inner installation ZIP, not the outer purchase archive.
2. Activate your own license. One license allows one active installation. Before moving from a test site to a live site, release the installation through the license settings; simply disabling the plugin is not enough.
3. Set up reference data. Choose a single accounting currency and add warehouses, materials, units of measurement and actual stock levels. Changing the currency label does not convert amounts entered earlier. Automatic import from another CRM is not included.
4. Test one complete cycle. Create a fictional customer, task, and order with materials. Compare stock levels before and after posting, test saving again, and check the inventory CSV. Migrate real records only after testing your own workflow.

Team access and important limitations

The manager role provides access to the entire CRM, including customers and exports. The “assignee” field does not hide records from other managers. If you need to separate customer databases between employees, discuss this requirement before purchasing.

The CRM generates a payment request message to copy; the sales representative sends it to the customer manually. An email note does not send an email. Once cached license verification expires, a connection to the activation server is required: if it is unavailable, changes are temporarily blocked, but records are retained.

To check whether it fits your process, describe your workflow to us before purchasing: where orders come from, exactly what is deducted from inventory, who should see the records, and which systems are already in use. Send a description or an example without customers’ personal data.
